Since the age of four, I have had these "friends" that I identified within the pattern of my parents' bathroom floor tiles. After many years of not living at my parents' house, I found myself repeating the same process identification, but this time "making friends" in the pattern of my psychotherapist's ceiling. Oppenheimlich is a project in which I am trying to understand the meaning behind the need to define the indefinable.
